Recently, our planet has shifted. You may have noticed an increased anxiety within yourself and the people around you. Everyone seems to be feeling a bit of this. The news lately is filled with everything from health, pollution to the economy, all with a downward trend. No matter your situation, the question that comes up is, how do I get rid of this feeling? How do I make myself *feel* better? We live in a place where validation comes from external means, where success is associated with money, power and status. Our associations with success to, or say finances are the reason many of us don't *feel* good right now. Our dwindling bank accounts challange our views of who we are and our self value.
The reality is we are in the middle of a huge shift that will challange and change our thinking. What if your success was associated with just simply being who you are and loving who you are? Many people are realizing right now, that there has to be a better way. There has to be something bigger and better out there. Well there is....and it is you. You have all of the success, power and valiadation that you need and the good news is that it is already within you. You just need to find it. How do you do that? If you believe that you have a soul or some inner voice, then you just simply listen. Seems easy right? Well, it is easier than you think. What gets in the way of listening to your soul is all the clutter of those external influences. This is the start of how to use your own energy and thoughts to get rid of this clutter and heal yourself.
The easiest way for me to do this is use my exhale breath to visualize and release what brings me fear. Sometimes I will visualize the word "anxiety" or "stress" when I take a long exhale. This lets me see the fear inside of me and visualize letting go of it. Then with the importance of replacing that anxiety with something I want to bring in, I will visualize "serenity" or "love" with the long inhale. It is always important to fill your energetic self back up with what you want to bring in. Choose your own words for your own situation to help get rid of the clutter and begin to make room for your soul to speak. Your spirit may have other wonderful plans for you this lifetime and you listening to these words of inspiration that come from your soul, might be part of your own personal shift. Or, at the very least, practicing visualization with inhales and exhales will at least make you *feel* better. Remember, you are powerful, rich, beautiful and perfect, just as you are. When you think, feel and act better....you are better! Happy healing!
